1. Who we are

Feed Me Ads ("Feed Me Ads", "we", "us") operates the feedmeads.com platform. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Feed Me Ads is a trading name of Sleep No More Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at C/O MJB Avanti, Office 12 Epsilon House, West Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP3 9FJ. You can also reach us using the contact details below.

For any privacy questions, contact us at hi@feedmeads.com.

2. The data we collect

  • Account & identity data — your name, email address, and account credentials. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not store your raw password.
  • Billing data — subscription plan, billing status, and invoices. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store or see your full card details.
  • Content you upload — the video footage you upload, plus data we derive from it: transcripts, scene and segment analysis, comprehension data, and the ad variations we generate for you.
  • Connected ad-platform data — when you connect a Meta and/or TikTok account, we access the data those platforms permit under the scopes you authorise (for example ad-account identifiers and, where applicable, ad performance metrics) in order to publish variations on your behalf.
  • Usage & device data — how you interact with the product, log data, approximate location from IP address, browser/device type, and cookie identifiers.
  • Communications — messages you send us (support and email).

3. How we use your data and our lawful bases

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR and EU GDPR:

  • To provide the service — process your clips, generate and score variations, and publish to connected platforms: performance of a contract.
  • To take payment and manage subscriptions: performance of a contract.
  • For support, security, fraud prevention, and improving the product: our legitimate interests.
  • Service emails (for example account and billing notices): performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
  • Marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Non-essential cookies and analytics: your consent.
  • Meeting legal obligations: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you upload to train models for other customers.

4. Service providers / sub-processors

We share data with the providers below only as needed to run the service. Several are based outside the UK/EU (notably the US); where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Supabase — database and file/video storage (EU region, eu-west-2).
  • Anthropic (Claude) — content analysis, scene understanding, scoring, and ad-variation generation.
  • OpenAI — audio transcription only (Whisper).
  • ElevenLabs — voiceover generation.
  • Creatomate — video rendering.
  • Apify — collection of public competitor-ad and website data.
  • Pixabay — music and audio assets.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Meta and TikTok — publishing ads to the accounts you connect.

If we add an analytics provider (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) it will be listed here. We keep this list current.

5. International transfers

Some providers above process data outside the UK/EU. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use the safeguards required by law (for example Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision).

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we must retain it longer for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your local EU supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying breach as required by law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics or marketing cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls we provide.

10. Children

Feed Me Ads is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the site or email, and the "last updated" date above will change.
