Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 May 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Feed Me Ads platform at feedmeads.com (the "Service"), operated by Feed Me Ads. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What the Service does
Feed Me Ads helps you turn your own video footage into scored advertising variations. In summary:
- Stage A — we analyse your brand, market, and competitors to build your Creative DNA.
- Stage B — you upload your footage; we transcribe and analyse it and generate scored ad variations.
- Stage C — you can publish a chosen variation to your connected Meta ad account. Published ads are created paused and will not run or spend until you activate them yourself. TikTok publishing and built-in performance tracking are in development and are not part of the current Service.
We may change, add, or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account, your login security, and all activity under it. Keep your details accurate.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
- Plan limits (for example the number of brands and monthly usage allowances) are shown at checkout and in your billing settings.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing here affects refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- Price changes: we may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Free usage: any free allowance is provided as-is and may be limited or changed.
5. Your content
"Your Content" means footage you upload and anything we generate from it for you (transcripts, analyses, variations). As between you and us, you own Your Content and the output variations. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcribe, analyse, render, and — at your direction — publish Your Content solely to provide the Service.
6. Our intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, models, scoring system, designs, and brand. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Service under these Terms.
7. Footage rights — your responsibility and warranty
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the footage you upload and to the ads you publish through the Service. By uploading footage, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed to upload the footage and to use it, and edited versions of it, in paid advertising on Meta and any other platform you publish to.
- You have the necessary rights and releases from every person appearing in or heard in the footage (creators, models, voices), including for paid advertising use.
- You have all rights to any music, audio, logos, trademarks, or third-party material included in the footage.
- The footage and resulting ads do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and comply with applicable law and advertising standards.
You acknowledge that Feed Me Ads does not verify rights or clearances in your footage and relies on these warranties. You will indemnify us as set out in section 13 for any claim arising from Your Content or your publishing of ads.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it; use it to violate any platform’s policies; or exceed or circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Third-party platforms
When you connect Meta or other accounts, your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with Meta’s and any platform’s advertising policies. We are not responsible for the acts, decisions, or availability of third-party platforms (including ad rejections, account actions, or API changes).
10. AI output — no performance guarantee
The Service uses automated analysis and generation. Scores and predictions are estimates to help you decide what to run — not guarantees of performance, approval, reach, ROAS, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control (your footage, audience, budget, and the platforms). You are responsible for reviewing any variation before you publish or activate it.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some consumer-law protections cannot be excluded; this clause is limited accordingly.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) ads you publish; or (d) your breach of these Terms or of any third party’s rights — including any breach of the warranties in section 7.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (for example sections 6, 7, and 10 to 13) survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the site or email, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
